南北ちとせ 「6年前、障害者通所支援事業所の管理者になりました。
ちょうどその頃、日本のリーダーが“一億総活躍社会の実現”と言っていました。
それは、とても素晴らしいことだけれど、「目の前にいる障害がある子どもたちの活躍の場は、誰が作っていくのだろう？」と思いました。
「よし、私が作ろう。」と決断し、インクルージョンジャパンの活動が始まりました。
さまざまな個性があって、さまざまな子どもが存在しています。
一人一人の個性・魅力・違いを皆が認める。
認めるだけじゃなくて互いに活かしあう。
それがインクルージョンだと思っています。
「一人でも多くの子どもが活躍できる場を」という思いから、インクルージョンフェスティバルを開催しています。
みんなの笑顔を世界中に広げていきたい、そう願っています。」
栗原志功 「どんな人にも、いろんな個性があります。
その個性を活かすことで誰かが幸せになる。
そう信じています。
それを強く感じたのが、私が運営している障害者就労支援施設の皆さんと接したときでした。
生きづらいこともあるかもしれない。
けれども、皆それぞれ、輝く個性を持っている。
「こういった個性をもっと世の中の人に見せてあげたい」と思ったんです。
そうすれば、もっと多くの人を笑顔にできる幸せにできる。
そんなお手伝いが出来たらいいなと思いました。
例えば絵を描いてもらう。アートを作ってもらう。
それを多くの人に見てもらうことで皆が幸せになっていく。
そしてまた自分の個性も自分自身で認めてあげることができる。
そんな世の中を作りたいなと思っています。
インクルージョンは、包み込むという意味があります。社会全体が暖かい柔らかい綿のように、いろんな人を包み込んでいく。そんな社会を、作っていきたいと思っています。 」
南北ちとせ 日本だけじゃなく、世界中がこのインクルージョンフェスティバルに参加してくれています。
楽しみにしてくれている人も日に日に増えてきました。
同じ障がいのある子どもたちを見ている、学校の先生や保護者の皆さんが、この理念に賛同してくださり、参加をしてくださり、楽しみにしてくださっている。
こんなに嬉しいことはないです。そして、その広がりに感謝しています。
Chitose Nanboku : 6 years before, I became the administrator of the office for people with disabilities.
Just then, A Japanese leader said, “Realizing a 100 million active society.”
It was a wonderful thing, however, but I thought, “Who will create a place for children with disabilities in front of us?”
“Alright, I will make it then” and the Inclusion Japan activities began.
There are children with a variety of personalities.
Inclusion, as I think it, means that everyone recognizes each person’s individuality, charm, and differences, and in addition to that, makes the most of each other.
We hold the Inclusion Festival with the hope that it will create a place where as many children as possible can be active.
And we expect to spread a smile on everyone’s face around the world.
Shiko Kurihara : Every person has different personalities.
I believe that everyone will be happier when they bring their personalities to life.
I have felt this strongly when I was in contact with the people at the employment support facility for persons with disabilities that I run.
It might be a bit difficult to live, but each person has a bright personality.
I would like to show more of this personality to people in the world.
If we do that, we can make more people smile and be happy.
I wish to help do that.
For example, having them draw a picture and having many people see it will make everyone happy.
You can also recognize your own personality.
I would like to create a world like that.
Inclusion means wrapping all around the world.
The whole society wraps around various people like warm soft cotton.
I would like to create a society like that.
Chitose Nanboku : Not only Japan, but also the whole world is participating in this inclusion festival.
More and more people are looking forward the Inclusion Festival.
Teachers and parents take care of children with disabilities have agreed with our philosophy and are looking forward to participating.
We are very happy about it, and grateful for the spread of the Inclusion Festival.
